Ned and Marisol Farnsworth

Ned and Marisol Farnsworth have served with Liebenzell USA since 2001. As an international couple (Ned is from Pennsylvania, USA, and Marisol from Ibarra, Ecuador), they have led the “Zona de Vida” (Life Zone) church plant in Otavalo, Ecuador, for three years. Otavalo, with a population of 90,000, forty percent of which are Native Ecuadorian people, is world famous for its bustling craft market that entices tourists and Ecuadorians alike.

With the help of their children Joel, Amelia and the twins Jacob and Elias, they offer weekly English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to children and they also run a successful annual English Day Camp that reaches almost fifty children. In addition, to their regular church ministry of teaching and shepherding, they always look for ways to reach out to the community in the name of Jesus Christ and ask for your prayers for wisdom to further the gospel.
