Sebastian and Katharina Pross
The Pross family has lived and worked in Papua New Guinea’s capital, Port Moresby, since 2016. Their main tasks include staff support and church support in the “Shape Life” project. This project helps local churches in impoverished areas to create holistic change in the community, with a special emphasis on children. Almost half of the population of Papua New Guinea are under 18 years of age., in part due to crime and poverty.
In October 2018, Sebastian & Kathi were given a daughter: Nila. Since then, they have worked in Papua New Guinea as a family, loving people and helping them reach their potential.
Work in the impoverished areas of Port Moresby began in the 1990’s and was particularly influenced by the Chris & Tine Urschitz family from Austria. The Pross family was sent by the Liebenzeller Mission in Germany, and is grateful for the support of those based in the U.S. as well.
Thank you for continuing to pray for the work in Port Moresby.
